Requisitos: ? Support problem and change tickets for client server support operations for work involving problem determination and implementation of changes to hardware, software, applications or network systems. ? Deployment, configuration, management and administration of Windows and Exchange servers. ? Keep the Windows Server and Exchange environment up to date ? Provide tier 2/3 support to backup team, specialized Technical Support ? Generate regular reports and improves over the environment (hardware and software) ? Analyze trends and perform capacity planning ? MS Windows Server administration and troubleshooting including Recovery & Maintenance ? MS Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting including Recovery & Maintenance of Exchange Database
