Requisitos: -Initial 6 months contract (with 3 month probation period) + 6 monyhs + permanent contract. -Competitive salary (depending on experience). Possible salary rise after one year in the company. -Life insourance. -Working hours between 08.00 and 19.00 - 8hours a day (40 hours per week) and possibility of rotating shift. -International work environment and well connected workplace. -Social benefits like discounts on private health insourance and gym Qualifications: -Excellent Level of French, German, Italian and English. -IT degrees are a big plus. Experience: -Experience in Customer Service by telephone. -Experience in helpdesk or Technical support. Skills: -Advanced IT skills. IT interest is a must. -Excellent trouble shooting skills. -Excellent communication skills. -Availability to do on call duties (out of the office hours once every six weeks). -Flexibility regarding work schedule.
