Requisitos: ?Qualifications -Native language/s with a high level of English ?Experience -Accounting experience is a plus -Experience in Credit Note, Prorate, Dispute, etc. is a plus -Experience in Telecommunication, Administration or Back office departments. ?Skills -Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) -Excellent level of Excel (Macro, Dynamic chart, etc.) is a plus. -Good negotiation skills / customer facing skills -Logical/methodical approach to root cause finding -Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines ?Other -A team player who is able to work unsupervised
