Requisitos: - University degree in Computer Science, Cultural Studies, Online marketing or similar - +4 years experience as a SW Development Project Manager preferably in the cultural industry (Music, Books/E-Books, Movies, Games, Mobile Applicatios etc.) - Digital native" with excellent knowledge of Digital commerce, Marketing and Social Networks - Experience in Innovation Management and/or Startup Environments - Proven track record in Web and Mobile Application development and broad technical knowledge (e. g. Java, HTML5) - Able to develop a project from scratch with a long term vision for business growth - Excellent management abilities, methodic and high sense of responsibility - Proactive, creative and able to rapidly adapt to new situations - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in Spanish and English - Willing to travel
