Requisitos: ? Has a deep knowledge of one individual technology (Microsoft or Unix) area ? At least 4 years of previous experience in Technical support, preferably as System Support Engineer in one of the following technologies: 1) UNIX: - UNIX: AIX. - LINUX: RHEL 5. - Shell Scripting. - MYsql and/or Oracle administration and support. - Apache/Tomcat. 2) MICROSOFT: - Windows 2003. - Windows Server 2008 - IIS5.0 & 6.0 ? Excellent phone and communication (written and oral) skills ? Customer and service oriented ? Committed to providing quality service & results, ready to make a positive difference ? Proactive and stress resistant ? Ability to take decisions quickly and efficiently ? Team Spirit ? Availability to work in shift ? English (native) ? Must be able to speak & write fluent in German or French
