Requisitos: Qualifications -Computer science degree or equivalent experience Experience -At least 4 years of previous experience in Technical support in one of the following technologies: UNIX or Microsoft Skills -Excellent knowledge of UNIX (UNIX: AIX, LINUX: RHEL 5, Shell Scripting, MYsql and/or Oracle administration and support, Apache/Tomcat) OR Microsoft (Microsoft: Windows 2003, Windows Server 2008, IIS5.0 6.0) - Knowledge of ISA Server, VMWare Infrastructure, VMWare Infrastructure, Sun Storage, Network: router, firewalls is a plus -Native level of English, German or French (in all cases excellent level of English) Soft Skills -Excellent phone and communication (written and oral) skills -Customer and service oriented -Proactive and stress resistant -Team Spirit Role ID: A32-5 [System Engineer, Technical Support & Microsoft, UNIX, immediate] Category ID: 12 Technical Support roles [System Engineer, Technical Lead]
