: Barcelona Supercomputing Center is looking for a candidate to support and give direct attention to the Operations Director specially under the PRACE European project.
The availability of computing power is a key factor for success in science and industry. A part of the EU is funding the PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe) project which has been launched with the goal of providing European scientists and engineers with access to world class supercomputing resources.
PRACE, as a future permanent Research Infrastructure, provides unique job opportunities for top specialists in the fields of HPC and grid technologies, management and communications. PRACE collaborators will work in close collaboration with European HPC and grid specialists, vendors, decision makers and scientists.
