Requisitos: We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications -IT related degree or equivalent experience Experience -At least 3 years experience in Microsoft tools -Experience in Project Management Skills -Expert knowledge of one of the Microsoft suite products and good general knowledge of Microsoft tools like Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows 2008 R2, etc. -Knowledge of Administration, Set-up and Deployment, Printing, Clustering, Terminal Server/Citrix, Exchange, SQL Server -Knowledge of an Internet Service Provider -Native English Level Soft Skills -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Ability to work with remote colleagues and customers -Problem-solving, proactive attitude -Customer-oriented Other -Availability to be on call (once in a month)
