Education, Experience & Language Skills: - Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year experience working in a data center or remotely with a data center provider - Minimum of 1 year experience working with SQL Server database administration Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service oriented position preferred - Must have an overall understanding of how data centers operate Must have an overall understanding of other positions within data centers - Must have a proactive attitude improving their team and be a self starter - Must have an excellent command of English Others: - The candidate will need to undergo security clearance
