Requisitos: -Experience in similar, i.e. dynamic and internationally oriented work environment - Willingness to work in flat hierarchical levels and matrix type of organisation - Openness to take over and / or adapt foreign approaches and turn them into local sales - Proven track record of managing and developing accounts in sole responsibility - Capability to identify business potentials within Spanish retail landscape (including analytical skill-set) - Sufficient level of self-motivation - Must show push attitude - Must be hungry for sales, dynamic and must show capability to take the challenge - Willingness to travel extensively (also internationally) - Excellent English skills (orally and in writing) - University degree in economics or similar - User level of IT-skills in order to be able to handle the enterprise tool-set accordingly - Office package is a must, SAP desirable
