: The Performance Tools group from the Computer Science Department at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center develops trace based analysis tools to understand the detailed behavior of parallel programs on multicores and highly parallel platforms. Dimemas ( http://www.bsc.es/computer-sciences/performance-tools/dimemas ) is a performance predictor simulator that reconstructs the time behavior of a parallel application on a machine modeled by the performance key factors. DEEP ( http://www.deep-project.eu/ ) is an Exascale project funded by the EU 7th framework programme, its main goal is to develop a novel, Exascale-enabling supercomputing platform.
The Performance Tools group is offering a job position to participate in the DEEP project applying Dimemas to very large scale simulations.
