Requisitos: -Fluent English speaker with one other European language being desirable -Experience of working and negotiating in a multi-cultural environment -IT Service Delivery experience in a managed service environment on multiple customer sites -Experience of working within a Service Desk environment -Experience of leading and managing a team of IT professionals -Demonstrable experience of delivering Continual Improvement in an IT environment -Good commercial awareness -Experience of working in dynamic and complex environments -Good verbal and written communication skills -Excellent decision making / problem solving skills -Ability to implement and manage change -ITIL V3 accreditation is essential -Prince accreditation is desirable
